Our mosaics begin with thick blown glass globes. We use hand-cut glass as well as glass beads to lay the pattern by hand, piece by piece. The globe is then lightly coated with a thin layer of white-wash cement.

I wanted a particular lamp I’d seen five years ago. I passed on buying it at the time and have seard for it ever since. I contacted Instanblue Design and sent them a photo. They were able to make exactly what I wanted in the exact size, even the length was just right upon arrival.
