Thank you for shopping with Istanblue Design. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipping of products purchased from our online shop located at https://istanbluedesign.com/

**Processing Time**

Our Items are made to order. Therefore orders are typically processed and shipped within 15 business days of receiving payment, unless otherwise stated through communication. Processing times may vary depending on  custom orders, the availability of the product, order volume, and other factors. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

**Shipping Methods**

We offer various shipping methods to accommodate your needs (DHL / UPS).  After the item is shipped, delivery times take up to 7 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, and carrier delays.

**Shipping Rates**

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order, and the destination address. Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.  (Please note that additional fees, such as customs duties or taxes, may be charged by the destination country upon delivery. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary by country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.


**Shipping Restrictions**

We currently only ship to addresses. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you have any questions about shipping restrictions, please contact us before placing your order.

**Order Tracking**

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your order by clicking on the tracking link provided in the email .

**Shipping Damage or Loss**

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please retain all packaging materials and documentation for inspection by the carrier.
