**Processing Time**
Our Items are made to order. Therefore orders are typically processed and shipped within 15 business days of receiving payment, unless otherwise stated through communication. Processing times may vary depending on custom orders, the availability of the product, order volume, and other factors. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
**Shipping Methods**
We offer various shipping methods to accommodate your needs (DHL / UPS). After the item is shipped, delivery times take up to 7 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, and carrier delays.
**Shipping Rates**
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order, and the destination address. Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. (Please note that additional fees, such as customs duties or taxes, may be charged by the destination country upon delivery. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. **Shipping Restrictions**
We currently only ship to addresses. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you have any questions about shipping restrictions, please contact us before placing your order.

**Shipping Damage or Loss**
